As reported by the Los Angeles Times, the judge in Britney Spears' custody battle has ordered her to undergo random drug tests because he suspects there is "habitual, frequent and continous use of controlled substances and alcohol" by the singer.

Gosh, ya think? Shaving your head, firing everyone around you, refusing to go to rehab, stumbling through a comeback performance and forgetting to wear underwear? You mean that isn't normal behavior? Huh.
