Your sloppy knowledge of the events surround K. Cobain's death are just as factual as the fox news channel... Courtney love was not even in the same state when kurt killed himself. She was in Los Angles while Kurt left rehab and flew back to Seattle. Nobody shot kurt up with drugs besides Kurt himself. If your getting your facts from the Kurt and Courtney movie then you should also dig deeper regarding the reports on Kurts autopsy and heroin levels found in his body after his death.. Yes, it is true there were deadly amounts of heroin in his body at the time of his death. However, if you know anything about Heroin it would come as no surprise that a person using heroin for an extended peroid of time with large amounts that person builds up a tolerance. This means that levels of heroin which would be leathal to the average person could not cause an O.D. for a person who abused drugs for many many years and had the means to use large amounts of the drug they abused... Regarding the incident in Rome with the roffies (rooffies were not involved in his death in Seattle).. It was kurt who took the roofies and Cali Dewitt was not with them in Rome. Cali was in Seattle with Francis. You don't have your facts straight at all... If you've ever read any of the last interviews Kurt gave before he died you would know that Kurt freely admitted to taking the large amounts of roffies while in Rome. The day Kurt died he was not given roffies at all let alone by Courtney or Cali( Also,during the last few years of Kurts life he was not a drinker). Again, Courtney was in California, when he died and there was no roffies in Kurts body when he killed himself in April. That roffie incident you are talking about was in ROme and Cali was not with them when he o.d. Read some of the last interviews kurt gave before he died and he talks about taking the roofies himself and he even wrote a suicide note after taking them. THat suicide note was published and is not in dispute that the hand writting during the ROme O.D. was kurt's. Don't beilve the facts regarding Kurts death from a High TImes article or the Kurt and Courtney movie... THe facts are that Kurt killed himself and belive me if Courtney had anything to do with his death she would have been investigated by the police or been arrested.. Don't you find it odd that Nobody who was close friends with Kurt thinks Courtney killed him nor does anybody who was close with Courtney say she killed him... Courtney's dad does not count she has been estranged from her since she was a teenager. Your are cherry picking incidents to fit you idea that Kurt was Killed and the true facts are clear that he killed himself. It's much easier to belive that my hero as a kid was killed instead of killing himself. That way our memories of Kurt don't have to be tarnished and we could have someone to blame instead of placing the blame with him.. It does'nt take much thought to realize that kurt was a depressed person who frequently talked about suicide and made several attempts to kill himself before he was found dead...

LI--Thank you! male rock stars--men in general--aren't criticized as much b/c we live in a sexist society STILL. look at how ppl slag Courtney as a mother. do you ever hear anyone dissing Kurt for killing himself and abandoning his baby daughter? NOOOOOO. and James i agree. Court has brought a lot of her probs on herself but she's trying to get and keep it together. give her a chance!

Courtney isnt sober she started taking acid when she was 8 and has been addicted to opiates for years. She is one seriously messed up chick, just look at those pictures. Courtney should be feeling alot of self hatred and guilt because she killed Kurt Cobain. Together Courtney, and her friend Michael DeWitt slipped Cobain roofies then gave him seventy fives times the lethal dosage of heroin. This killed Kurt, and he was then shot in the face to make it appear as a suicide. (the shotgun shell was found on the left side of the room, if Kurt shot himself it would've had to eject to the right side.) Michael DeWitt then placed the retirement letter Courtney had altered at the scene, and he then continued to wipe everything clean of finger prints; the gun, the heroin needle, the pen, the note, etc.. Kurt was going to leave the music buisness, take his daughter, and leave Courtney. If this where to take place Courtney would be out of alot of money, millions of dollars, to her Kurt was worth more dead then alive. Kurt Cobain is the richest rockstar of all time now, he is richer then the Beatles, Elvis, and the Stones. Courtney is the sole heir to this profit, and she recently sold Kurts face for use as a doll, lunchbox, keychain, etc..(something Kurt would have despised)

How come male rock stars aren’t criticized this much?
