Everyone expected Angelina Jolie to wear St. John - the fashion house she's under (a highly paid) contract to - for her "Mighty Heart" Cannes premiere. But I found out that she chose instead a vintage black Chantilly lace late '50s Pierre Balmain Couture cocktail dress from Decades, Cameron Silver's famous vintage shop on Melrose in Hollywood.
