All hail "The Queen" and her fashion sense

Clint Eastwood wasn't the only one bowing and scraping before Helen Mirren, the astonishingly talented Oscar Best Actress front-runner all weekend. The fashionably attired Mirren was everywhere, picking up awards and kudos  from the Critics Choice Awards Friday night in Santa Monica (seen here, curtsying right back at Clint) as well as the American Cinematheque tribute (below) on Saturday night, followed by a stop at Mike Medavoy's annual pre-Globes bash and finally, the late-night packed HBO pre-Globes celebration at the Chateau Marmont, then BAFTA/LA tea party at the Four Seasons on Sunday afternoon and finally, the LA Film Critics Association bash in Century City Sunday night. Whew. But the Oscar race is not over. Helen will be at the Santa Barbara Film Festival on Friday, Jan 26 for even more royal treatment.

Can't wait to see what Helen wears today for her finale to the Golden Globes. I'll be at the Globes show today and the parties tonight. Expect more reports and details later tonight and tomorrow! In the meantime, here's Helen's stunning silvery Sunday ensemble.
